The event is scheduled for Thursday, 29 November from 5-8 pm.
The new design increases natural light, making the premises feel much more open and relaxed. The practice also now benefits from state-of-the-art equipment such as CAD CAM assisted technology (CEREC), dental CT scanner and a 3D intra-oral orthodontic scanner.
Principle partners, Dr Ben Hargreave and Dr Cigdem Kipel noted NSDP’s continued commitment to their patients for the best possible care.
The practice is committed to ensuring that the staff have access to the most modern equipment, so that patients can benefit from dental advances.
As a group they are also committed to continual education and training of both clinicians and support staff members.

“We are fully aware that for many patients, a visit to the dentist is not on their list of favourite things to do. When we decided to remodel the practice, we tried to view things from the patient’s perspective,” said Dr Hargreave. “We invested in comfortable dentist chairs, to help the patient sit comfortably during any procedure, we made the waiting rooms more spacious, and purchased state of the art televisions, placing them in the waiting room and above the treatment chair to help take our patient’s minds off their visit.
All our staff also receive training to help deal with nervous patients, and our receptionists even encouraged to sit down and talk with patients to help ease the stress if they have to wait. We do, however, pride ourselves on running to time and try to minimise the time patients have to spend in the lounge. We are convinced that the new remodel will help to reduce the stress of any nervous patients visiting the practice.”
